Graduated Law Faculty at the University of St. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje.

Dane Lazov has accumulated experience in advising managing boards of foreign companies especially in matters of in-house nature as well as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), stock exchange and securities law and company law matters.

Working experience as counsel in Italy and the Netherlands. He advises clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial law matters.
